Director · Producer · Public artist — Barcelona, Catalonia.I am a Spanish-Canadian director, producer and public artist, born in Highgate, Ontario in 2000 and raised between Canada and Catalonia, having moved to the outskirts of Barcelona at the age of nine.My practice explores universal narratives and the primal conditions of human connection. Through intimate character studies, I examine the tensions between desire and action, vulnerability and belonging, and the simple human needs we so often complicate.Working across documentary, fiction and immersive art, I am interested in the space between the personal and the political — where individual lives become a lens through which larger human questions can be encountered. My work is rooted in a personal, collaborative approach and often uses small crews, embodied storytelling and unconventional forms of cinema to create intimate encounters with its subjects.I am the founder of Visceral Experience, a production company dedicated to immersive documentary and public art. We develop non-profit film installations in co-production with local NGOs, working directly with the communities and organisations at the heart of each project.Films
